Hi all! I'm new to the group. I'm a 31 year old guy who lost his sight
within the past two years.

I wanted to respond to this.

When I do use mix, it's mcormak's as well. Most times, I do not use the
mix, but will put chili powder, red peppers, crushed red peppers, jalapeno
juice and some Slap Yo mama hot seasoning. I call it my 10 alarm chili.

Thanks and I'm glad to be part of the group.

Will

Carroll Shelby's Chili Kit; that may not be the exact title, but it
comes in a little sack that looks like a lunch sack. It has four
seasoning pouches, which allows you to season it to your taste. It
makes a nice, thick chili, which I prefer.

I really like Chili Magic made by Busch (guessing that spelling.) It
comes
in a can and there are not beans in it. Just brown meat with onions and
peppers, and add that, some beans if you want, and I always use a can of
Mexicorn. Also, I usually make mine with ground turkey. There also used

to
be a mix made by 7 Seasons that came in a jar that was really delicious,
but
I can't find that anymore.

Hi,

Do any of you use chili mixes, for your chili?
If so, what brands do you use?
Thanks.
