Hello everyone :)

that recipe is kind of diferent from the recipes i've seen before.
I would change two ingergrediences :) when i get time i'll stranslate
the sweedish meatball recipe that i've used before.
in short, rice woould be changed to 1/2 tsp potatoe starch, and there
would be 1 tbsp greated onion added.
traditional side dishes to swedish meatballs are boiled potatoes,
gravy and montain cranberry jam. (i skip the jam)

I also remember seeing sweedish meat ball recipes including
beetroot/beet, but dont remember how much. i'll continue to do a lil
re-search :)

nothing is like crossing the boarder from sweeden to Norway with a
package of sweedish meat balls munching away while waiting to see if
we will be checked at the boarder or not :)

greetings from Ranveig.
