Cake Mix Cookies
1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. water
2 eggs
1 c. (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate or peanut butter chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake mix, oil, water, and eggs. Stir in
chips and nuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at
350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. The top of the cookies will look pale.
These are great with chocolate or devil's food cake mix and peanut butter
chips. They are also good as chocolate chip cookies (yellow or white cake
mix and chocolate chips).
