Hi, a lot of people on this list talk about the George Forman. It sounds interesting and I'd like to check if it is available in Israel, but first I'd like to hear from people who use it. What exactly is the George Forman and how does it work? Does it require a lot of oil? I cant do too much deep frying for medical reasons.
