I recently bought a couple cans of smoked fish to try it and wanted to make a sandwich with it. I was wondering what you might put on a smoked fish sandwitch. I know some people have it plain on crackers for an orderve but I wanted to try and make a sandwich. Any suggestions? Mash it up with a little onion?
