Jiffy Wonder Bars


1 package jiffy blueberry muffin mix

1 package jiffy oatmeal muffin mix

5 tablespoons softened butter or margarine

2/3 cup strawberry jam

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 7 x 11 inch pan; set aside.

Using a fork, mix muffin mixes and soft butter together until

crumbly. Firmly press half of crumb mixture, about 1 1/2 cup,

into bottom of prepared pan. Carefully spread strawberry jam over

crumb crust. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over jam, press

gently. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Remove from oven, loosen sides with a knife. While still hot,

carefully cut into 24 bars. Let cool completely before removing

from pan.
