I just thought I would try it, as the first time I did it, I did bake in a 9
by 13 pan, and we couldn't get them out.
I'm not sure why.
I did them in an 8 by 8 on Friday, and althoughg they came out, they were
much too sweet and didn't taste much like lemon at all!
It was somewhat difficult to get them out of the bottom of the pan as well,
and I'm not sure why.
I love lemon bars, so I plan to keep trying.

Why do you want to bake these in an 8x8 pan? I think they wouldn't bake
properly and might be too thick for the pan. Try them in the 9x13, or cut
the recipe in half if you want a smaller amount.
