Claudia, I did not see the original recipe, but usually lemon bar
recipes called for lemon juice, and I have found that's not enough for
me.  I always add a teaspoon of lemon extract as well.  Regardless of
the instructions about greasing or not greasing the pan, spray the pan
well with Pam cooking spray.  Be sure to cover the sides, bottom, and
the corners of the pan.
