Mango Avocado Salsa From: Peak Market.com (Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - 5/6/2010)
Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) mango, peeled & diced 1 avocado, peeled & diced 1/3 cup (75 ml) red onion, finely diced 1/4 cup 950 ml) cilantro, finely chopped pinch granulated sugar pinch salt 2 tablespoons (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice Directions: 1. In a bowl, combine the mango, avocado, onion, cilantro, sugar & salt. Add the lime juice to taste & stir well. 2. Serve over fish. Serves 4.
