Yes you can freeze them, I have some in my freezer now. You don't peel them.
The peeling will turn black like they aren't good, but inside the banana is
just as fresh as it can be. smile. I sometimes can't eat them before they
will go bad, so I just put them in the freezer and then when you want to use
them in a recipe they are there. Hope this helps, Katie
