Hi all, I am looking for some good birthday cake recipes. I would like some recipes for white icing. It doesn't matter whether it is a cake from scratch or not. I would like a good scratch cake that would be really moist. Has anyone of you tried to decorate a cake using an icing bag? Or do you have any thoughts on how it could be done the blind way, haha! I would love to be able to make the little flowers and other designs that would go on a cake. I wonder if cookie cutters would work. Let me know about your thoughts on this.
