Grilled Fish Steaks
4 even fish steaks, halibut, swordfish or other fish 2 tablespoons lemon juice For Sauce: 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 2 tablespoons Dijon style mustard 1 tablespoon chili sauce 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon chopped celery Lemon wedges, for garnish Method 1. Brush fish steaks with lemon juice. 2. Combine ingredients for sauce. 3. Place fish over hot coals on grill. 4. Grill for about 4 minutes. 5. Turn fish steaks over. 6. Brush with sauce. 7. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes. 8. Turn fish over and brush with sauce on other side. 9. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. 10. Garnish with lemon wedges. 11.
