First, if you are near a Trader Joe's, just buy the Hollandaise sauce there. that is what i did and what this recipe calls for.

6 chicken thighs, skinned
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 small bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
salt & pepper to taste
cooked pasta or rice
1 cup prepared Hollandaise sauce
Put chicken in a skillet or saucepan, just barely cover with water, add chopped onion and peppers, asparagus, salt and pepper and boil until liquid is almost gone. Make sure chicken is done (using thermometer to 170 degrees) and remove to bowl to keep warm. Add Hollandaise sauce to pan and melt, add cooked pasta or rice and heat through.
Serve with 1 or 2 pieces of chicken on each plate.
Enjoy
