I wouldn't use any kind of paper, or foil either, probably, just a cooking spray on a cookie sheet that is non stick pan would work just fine, I would think. If anything stick some it wouldn't be hard to get off when you wash the pan.

Can you use parchment paper when broiling? Likely catch fire I suppose.
