Strawberry Banana Loaf
2 eggs.
¼ cup oil.
1 cup sugar.
½ cup mashed strawberries.
½ cup mashed banana.
1-3/4 cups flour.
½ cup rolled oats.
2 tsp baking powder.
½ tsp baking soda.
½ tsp salt.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in next 4 ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine next 5 dry ingredients.
Stir to combine. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Stir to moisten.
Spoon in to loaf pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
