MAMA'S HOMEMADE SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 pound hamburger 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, mash as small as possible 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 oz. mushrooms, diced 1/2 c. onions, diced 1 clove garlic, diced 2 stalks celery, chopped (optional) 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. sugar (optional) Method 1. Form 3/4 pound hamburger into meatballs and crumble the other 1/4 pound hamburger. 2. Brown and pour off grease. 3. Mix all other ingredients in a crock pot and gently add hamburger. 4.
