That sounds good I will have to look for some of that pie mix.

It may be late in the season to find it, but I've had good luck with the pie mix found near the strawberries in Pavilions. You put whole strawberries on a baked pie crust of your choice. The glaze is a Kool-Aid-like powder. You
mix it with warm water and pour over the strawberries. Chill in the
refrigerator for about an hour. I like it better if the pie is brought back
to room temperature.

Strawberry Pie

1-1/2 cups fresh strawberries plus additional strawberries for garnish
sweetened with splenda (I used about 8 packets)
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 container strawberry yogurt
1 3-ounce package dry strawberry jello
1 16-ounce carton coolwhip divided
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 9-inch graham pie crust

Cut up strawberries and sweeten with splenda. Refrigerate for one hour.
Drain strawberries well before making pie. Mix cream cheese with powdered
sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Add yogurt and jello and mix
until smooth. Add 2-1/2 cups coolwhip and mix well. Fold in 1-1/2 cups
strawberries. Pour in to pie shell and let set in refrigerator until very
firm. Top with additional coolwhip and garnish with strawberries.
