Wow, I've never covered my pan when using the ring.

Subject: [CnD] Using a Ring for cooking eggs.

Hi, every one,
I've used a ring when cooking eggs. It works well, and you don't have to
flip the egg, but you do need to cover the pan. This allows the heat in the
pan to cook both sides of the egg.
I don't know how this would work for pancakes, because, they need to be
browned on both sides. I think it would be better to cook one at a time,
and feel the edges to be sure they are set before turning it over.
Blessings,
Alice
