I tried a grain called farro this morning for breakfast and really like it.  It 
is quite filling and I found the flavor quite pleasing.  It is cooked much like 
oatmeal and has a somewhat nutty flavor.  If anyone has a good farro recipe or 
favorite way to prepare it, I would sure love to know.  I just put a tiny 
little bit of maple syrup and some milk on it and I found that a small bowl was 
plenty.  I would like to try it in soup or salad too.

Just wanted to share that.
