Subject: Re: [CnD] Adjust a Slice Hand Held Mandolin

As long as you use the finger guard, there is no chance of cutting yourself.
By being able to adjust the thickness with the slide lever on the
back, you always know when it is in the closed position.
The adjust a slice mandolin is a wonderful find from our rep with our
cookware supplier.

If you get a chance to check one out, do so.
She is always on the hunt for new and helpful items for us.
