Hi all First, thanks to Dale and the moderators for allowing me to return to this group. now, I have a piece of chuck steak in my crockpot right now, it's been there for about an hour, and I want to know how much longer, or at what temp, should I stop or take it out? I just seasoned with garlic, salt and peper, and a little salsa. thanks for your help sugar
