My suggestion would be to cook it on low for about three to four hours.
Add more salsa if it seems too dry.

First, thanks to Dale and the moderators for allowing me to return to this group. now, I have a piece of chuck steak in my crockpot right now, it's been there for about an hour, and I want to know how much longer, or at what temp, should I stop or take it out?
I just seasoned with garlic, salt and peper, and a little salsa.
