I bought a bunch of mint leaves...attached to their little stems, today. I am wondering what to do with them now. I have seen them on the plate of desserts, in restaurants. But, when I pulled one out of the bunch and ate it, it was really hot....kind of burning hot.
I think what might make it so hot is the stem. The leaves themselves, don't seem that bad. Besides adding them to tea, does anyone have an idea as to what I might do with my ingenious decision to purchase this bunch of mint leaves? Thanks.
