isn't the entire subject highlighted when you tab to it and can't you
just begin typing without doing anything first?

If you don't know how to erase a subject, I'll tell you. Open the message,
tab to the subject and then right arrow to the very end. After that,
backspace each letter out. Then you can put your own subject line in. I
didn't know how to d it at first, but I discovered it by accident. It was
easy then. I wouldn't want anyone to be banned without knowing how to do a
simple thing like this.
