Having attended Overbrook School For The Blind for too many years and 
having eaten both cobbler and crisp the difference in what was made 
there was that the crisp had broken up crust in it and the cobbler had 
something more of the consistency of broken up cake in it.  Both had 
fruit and whatever the fruit juices made by baking in them had left.
