I make this all the time and it goes over well. Easy Meatloaf With Stove Top Stuffing 1 pound ground beef 1-1/2 cups dry chicken flavored Stovetop stuffing mix (I use the canister kind) 1 egg 1/2 water 1/4 cup ketchup Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. If you like put a little ketchup in pan and on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees covered for one hour.
