Magic Meat Loaf In A Crock Pot 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 egg,beaten 1/4 c milk 1 1/2 tsp salt 2 slices bread, crumbled 2 tbsp each chopped green pepper and celery 4-6 potatoes, cut up 1/2 sm. onion, chopped Mix egg, milk, salt and bread crumbs; allow to soften. Thoroughly combine with ground chuck and chopped vegetables. Shape into loaf and place in crock pot. top with ketchup and pepper rings. Place potatoes at the side of loaf. cover and set to high for 1 hr, then turn to low 8-9 hrs. Enjoy.
