it is a herb that has been blended or grounded, as a sort of vitamin, but is
so optional and so I made them and they were good, with out that herb...
it's not a big deal,really, it's how the recipie came, so I made it befor I
posted it and did not include this "herb", it is sold at any natural, or
herbal store.
