experiment. It came out beyond any expectations.

Title: Orange Cinnamon Teriyaki Chicken with Mushrooms

Servings: 4
4 ea Chicken breasts
4 tb Teriyaki sauce
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 tb Soy sauce
3 ts Garlic powder
3 ts Season salt
2 ts Ginger
1 ts Poultry seasoning
1 lb Fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c Orange juice
1 ts Cinnamon sugar
4 c Fat free sour cream
4 Pasta servings: Fettuccine, farfalla, penne, rotini
Cut chicken breasts into strips. Place in a ziplock bag with Teriyaki,
Worcestershire, soy, garlic powder, season salt, ginger, and poultry
seasoning. Shake well and let marinade for 15-30 minutes. Heat a seasoned
cast iron skillet or non-stick skillet and pour the contents of the bag into
the skillet. Start Pasta. Add mushrooms and brown the chicken. Add the
orange juice and cinnamon sugar and stir. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10
minutes. Add sour cream; simmer for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Serve
over pasta.
