The only thing I can think of is maybe the rolls are supposed to be thawed
before baking. I've never made these rolls, so just making a educated guess.
Hope you can figure it out.

Does anyone know how to make my bob evans frozen rolls not come out doughy?
The directions according to directions for me says to bake at 3:50 for 8
minutes or so, I've even tried for 20 minutes and they still come out
doughy. Any ideas? Should I turn my temp up a bit more?
