To those that responded,

Thanks for the info.  I thought unbleached would make no real difference.  But 
I am starting to make my cookies for this season and didn't want to have a big 
mess up.  So this begs the question, what is the purpose of bleaching flour 
then.  Hum!  Something to ponder and maybe not a discussion for this list.  
Maybe the cookies look different?
