Okay, here we go! I like to take about 1 pound of ground beef and mix it with sweet or hot Italian sausage, say for 1 pound of ground beef, 3 or four average sized Italian sausages. You remove the casings from the sausages and smoosh the meat into the ground beef, then add the remainder of ingredients, as follows. Mix well. Add 2 eggs, one onion, chopped, and season to your liking with garlic powder, pepper, some herbs, but you will not need much seasoning, since you are using the Italian sausage. Add about one half cup of Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs, and moisten with College Inn or local other brand of chicken or beef broth. Add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Shape into meatballs, and spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray, place meatballs on pan, and bake at 350 degrees F. for about 30 minutes. No need to turn, but if you want, you could flip with a spoon midway through cooking, but this is really not necessary. When done, put into spaghetti sauce and simmer, and! Enjoy! Sandy Warren
