Hi, peanut butter can also be used in a sauce for stur fry chicken and veggies. Stur fry your favorite vegetables with stripes of chicken in a wok or frying pan. Add a sauce made of peanut butter, soysauce, westshier sauce (not sure about the spelling of this word), a little bit of honey, jinjer, and a bit of salt.
