Cheese Ball from Sugar
My friend Pam's Cheese Ball
"more soulful recipies" (don't stand between my husband and
the table as he LOVES this cheese ball)
3 (8oz.pkg.) cream cheese, softened (yes, really, 3 pkgs.!)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped fine
1 (8oz.pkg) deli ham, chopped fine
garlic powder to taste
combine the above ingredients using your freshly washed hands to
do so. I like alot of garlic powder but adjust for your taste.
Form into ball, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight so
the flavors blend. Roll in paprika before serving.
Enjoy.
