The tortillas would probably be better because of their texture and flavor, but that's just my opinion. You would want a flat thin outer shell, which the tortillas would provide.

I think you could use biscuits or crescent roles with this Tex mix roll ups ?

?

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained

4 green onions, chopped

1 can (2-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained (black olives)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

5 flour tortilla (10 inches), room temperature

Optional: Salsa

In a small mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.

Spread mixture completely over tortilla (touching to outside

edges of tortilla), roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for one hour or until nice and firm. Unwrap the

rolls and cut into one inch slices. Serve with salsa if Desired
