Thanks bunches...The ones Mom made were hollow on the inside and had prett much, what tasted like straight burbon liquid in the center...I'm relatively sure they were supposed to be the consistancy of a chocolate covered cherry, but I'm not sure what happened...she ALWAYS had a great time making them though...lol...Is there anything I can substitute for the pecans...I'm alergic, and it's incredibly to find recipes this time of year, that do not involve either pecans or wallnuts, or both...Both of these recipes sound great...I'm def going to try them...Thanks again _______________________________________________ Cookinginthedark mailing list [email protected] http://acbradio.org/mailman/listinfo/cookinginthedark
