Coconut Peaks

1/4 cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

2 Tablespoons light cream

3 cups flaked coconut

Melting chocolate

Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat.  Stir in powdered sugar,

cream, and coconut.  Shape into tiny balls, then squeeze top to form

peaks which resemble tiny haystacks.  Place on tray, put tray into

refrigerator, uncovered, overnight.

Melt chocolate as directed, dip tops of peaks and let cool Makes 2 1/2
