Thanks so much to all of you for the wonderful coconut recipes! I tried the dream bars. They taste amazing, but I must not have greased the pan enough and they don't want to come out as bars. Lol, no big loss, we'll just eat those here. They're a hit here even if I have to scoop them out with a knife and spoon, lol. I have probably 10 dozen cookies I'm taking on my trip, including snickerdoodles, oatmeal, peanut butter, butterscotch chip, mint surprise cookies, and the best chocolate chip cookies I think I've ever made, a new recipe. Will share some of the recipes with all of you when I get back home from our weekend. Thanks again everyone.
