Breakfast Casserxole(2)

1 lb bulk pork sausage

3 cups of frozen hash browns 9 (thawed)

½ green pepper chopped

½ - 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

10 eggs

1 ¾ C milk

Thaw hash browns in microwave and spread out in a 'greased' 9x13.  Brown pork 
sausage,

drain fat and sprinkle on top of hash browns.   Chop up green pepper and 
sprinkle

on top of pork sausage. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.  Stir eggs in bowl and add

milk.  (I add about a tsp of salt and some pepper to the eggs).  Pour egg 
mixture

over layers in casserole.  Bake at 350 for about 45 min or until brown on top.
