I'd probably have chocolate covered crumbs! Potato chips break easily. They do sound good, though. I wonder if they would be too thick if you stacked them in twos so that they would be a bit sturdier?

Appitizers CHOCOLATE COVERED POTATO CHIPS

7 oz. can Ripple potato chips

2 tbsp. cooking oil

2 (12 oz.) pkgs. milk chocolate pieces

Place chocolate and cooking oil in casserole. Microwave at 50% power for 4-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until chocolate melts and will stir into smooth sauce. Dip chips in chocolate, one at a time, leaving one end uncovered. Tap gently to remove excess chocolate. Place on wax paper. Repeat. Refrigerate chips until chocolate is set. Store in tightly covered container. Enjoy.
