Pumpkin Oatmeal Muffins 

These pumpkin oatmeal muffins pack a powerful nutritional punch and provide

 INGREDIENTS:

> List of 11 items

> . 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

> . 1 cup quick oats

> . 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

> . 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

> . 1 tbsp baking powder

> . 1/2 tsp baking soda

> . 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

> . 1 cup canned pumpkin

> . 3/4 cup fat-free milk

> . 1/3 cup canola oil

> . 1 egg lightly beaten, or 2 egg whites

> PREPARATION:

> Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper cases.

> Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine the
