Okay you need to make sure the batteries are in correctly. The trick is to put the one touch can opener on the top of the can and there is a button. If the opener is on correctly it will start turning. When you press the button and you hear it start hold the button for a split second so it can start.

If the batteries are still good, did you possibly put them in backwards? I don't have one of these can openers, so am just speculating. Is there a trigger that is activated when the can touches a specific point that you're just missing by just? that? much? HTH.

Subject: [CnD] The one touch can opener

Debbie and I got one touch can opener which we haven't used in a while. How do you use it? When we got it there wasn't a problem but no matter what we do nothing happens. Debbie tested the batteries. Thank you in advance
