Okay you need to make sure the batteries are in correctly. The trick is
to put the one touch can opener on the top of the can and there is a
button. If the opener is on correctly it will start turning. When you
press the button and you hear it start hold the button for a split
second so it can start.

Debbie and I got one touch can opener which we haven't used in a
while. How do you use it? When we got it there wasn't a problem but
