Sort of a partial citrus. I've heard them described as tasting like a cross
between citrus and an apple or pear.

Hi folks,

I have just been given a huge bag of star fruit...Frankly, I have no
idea what to do with them...Do you just eat them?...And, if so, do you
have to peal them first...Or do you cook with them?...I know this
might sound kind of weird, but I'd never even seen them till I moved
to FL...Thanks for any info anyone can give me

Kimberly
