They're easy to make.  Form a hamburger patty to fit the top of a hamburger 
bun.  In this case, the bigger the bun, the better.  Grill the patty until it's 
the way you like it.  Toast the bun.  Put the patty on the bun, then pour your 
favorite Chile over it, load it with shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese, and 
put it under a broiler or in a microwave to melt the cheese.  Now, stuff your 
face.  I like to use either a quarter or third of a pound of meat and between 4 
and 6 ounces of cheese and about 8 ounces of Chile per Chile size.  One makes a 
meal unless you're starving.
Be positive!  When it comes to being defeated, if you think you're finished, 
you! are! finished!
