Hi, I appreciate these equivalents and find them interesting as well as helpful. However, for a jar of marshmallow cream, how would that substitution work? I realize there are 7 and 9-ounce jars. How many mini or large marshmallows would a jar of cream equal? Thanks in advance, Nancy Martin Oklahoma

Mini There are 40 large mellos in a bag that weights the same as one pkg of small mellows. So in either case one bag is one bag -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Rhonda Scott Sent: Friday, February 03, 2012 10:27 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [CnD] Marshmallow Equivalents, Large Vs. Mini I thought of that, but I don't have a kitchen scale to weigh them. It's honestly not a big deal, I just wanted to make rice krispy treats, but I only have large mallows, not minis. The recipe I have calls for 1 bag of minis. That way, if the recipe calls for a bag of small ones, make the weight of the large ones the same. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Charles Rivard" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]>; "Rhonda Scott" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, February 02, 2012 9:00 PM Subject: Re: [CnD] Marshmallow Equivalents, Large Vs.
