Two things...
it ill need to fit or if you can really grease up the crock so the
bread does not stick after it has raised, you could bake a round loaf....
and makesure your crock has a warm setting...some only have low and high.
These would be too hot to raise the bread.
I wonder how it would work in a round crock pot. Has anyone tried this?

My Crockpot is oval so I put the dough in a loaf pan and then put that in
the Crockpot.
