MARY'S OVEN MEATBALLS 

 

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 c. bread crumbs

1/4 c. milk

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 sm. onion, chopped (1/4 c.)

1 egg

 

Mix all ingredients. Shape into meatballs; put in ungreased pan. Bake, 
uncovered, in 400 degree oven until done and light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

 

SAUCE:

 

1/3 c. milk

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 c. sour cream

 

Mix milk, nutmeg, and soup. Add meatballs. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer 15 
minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles.  Enjoy.
