A local restaurant has something the original owner thought up, known as either the Barry's Special or "Puppy Chow". Start with some hash browns. Cook enough for 2 people, and also cut up an onion. When the hash browns are done, mix in a liberal amount of cheese, enough so everything sticks together. Remove from the pan, and then cook the corned beef hash until it's crispy. Reintroduce the hash browns with cheese and onions and beat in 4-6 eggs that are well whipped. Turn until the eggs are firm, then serve up. I suggest not making lunch plans, as this is a real "stick to your ribs" recipe that will last a good long time. It's the next thing I make after the breakfast scramble I made yesterday is all gone.
