I ran into a tuna marinade that used apple mint jelly, horseradish, and sour cream It was from the seafood counter at a local grocery store, and I stored it in my seafood cookbook, which got stolen along with an entire box of cookbooks. As such until I locate it again (I'm actively searching for it) I can't give you proportions. But I did try it and it was excellent on grilled tuna steaks.

My husband thought the only way he liked it was with mint jelly. Since I put some Indian spices on the lamb, he decided he didn’t need the jelly it was so good. So now I have a whole joar and very few ideas as to what to do with it other than putting it on vegies. Please Help!
