I have never heard of a self-cleaning feature without a lock. I have read about people who purposely break the lock and then crank up the heat and use the oven to bake their pizza! Actually, I think breathing all those horrible Easy-Off fumes would be a lot more dangerous than using your self-cleaning feature. Penny
